Giving That Sustains the Church’s Mission –
In The United Methodist Church, we believe we can do more when we do it together.
That’s why our churches practice connectional giving—a unique system where congregations come together to support ministries that no single church could do alone.
Through this connected approach, and through initiatives like United in Impact, we provide disaster relief, fund scholarships, start new churches, support missionaries, and so much more. It stretches our reach, strengthens our response, and deepens our witness in the world.
It’s a powerful way to live out our faith—united in love, service, and purpose. Explore how each giving opportunity supports life-changing ministry and makes a lasting difference.
LOCAL IMPACT:
One of the signature ministries of Red Bank United methodist is our partnership with the Red Bank Community Food Pantry. This organization is based out of RBUMC and serves hundreds of families and individuals each month by providing food for those in need.
In addition to our close ties with the RBCFP, RBUMC also hosts a Homeless Food pantry where food items are collected and distributed by hand to local homeless encampments.
Through our connectional giving, RBUMC supports our Conference camping ministries like Camp Lookout here in our areas, as we as supporting a Wesleyan college campus ministry at UTC.
RBUMC provides scholarships to college students through endowment funds and supports the much needed work of Habitat for Humanity.
