The Red Bank United Methodist children’s ministry mission is to offer a safe space for children to learn, grow, and be loved. We encourage the children in their walk of faith through fostering a secure community for the kids to feel comfortable asking questions while exploring their faith. We want to be a resource to the parents as well, and help equip them in being the primary influence in the discipleship of their child. Our goal is to partner with the families to help create in the kids heart a love for the Lord, a desire to grow through scripture, and a passion to tell others about Jesus.
We offer age based Sunday School beginning at 9:30, a preschool class for ages 3 through Kindergarten and a grade school class for children 1st grade through 5th grade. During our 10:30 worship service, we have a children’s sermon in front of the church that gives the congregation a preview into what the children will be learning that Sunday. We welcome children in the worship setting with us. We have a “Children’s sermon” each week and want them to feel a part of the Church family.
Nursery care is provided during Sunday School and 10:30 worship service for ages birth through 3 years old.
